Danielle Gilbert graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2009, where she earned a B.A. in history.  She graduated magna cum laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2014, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Thomas Jefferson Law Review.  While in law school, Danielle completed judicial internships at the San Diego Superior Court, California Court of Appeal, Department of Justice EOIR, and United States District Court for the Southern District of California.  Danielle was also a Torts teaching assistant and a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, Hon. J Clifford Wallace Inn of Court, and Jefferson Fellowship.

After law school, Danielle served as a term briefing attorney (law clerk) for the Honorable Mark P. Lane at the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, Austin Division.  Danielle joined GERMER’s Austin office in 2015.  She is licensed to practice in all Texas state courts and admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western, Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts of Texas.

Danielle’s current practice areas include medical malpractice, products liability, personal injury, and insurance coverage.
