Marcus Waters, Senior Trial Counsel

Marcus (Marc) Waters is a litigation attorney with Germer PLLC. Marc received his undergraduate degree from Baylor University and his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center in 1998. During his career, he has litigated and tried cases in state and federal courts across Texas.
